It was good. Very easy going and relaxing, the interviewee's made me feel at home. Whole process was easy and I knew what I was getting myself into. I wish I didn't have to leave this job, but I am moving and can no longer be in the area.

Its based on years performance and an assessment of leadership behaviours . 3 senior managers were in the panel supported by HR who typically do not ask questions . Its normally based on a standard interview pack..if you have been interviewed previously you sort of know the questions that are coming
