Interview was done personally with HR and manager. HR lady was interested in general information about myself and was concentrated mainly on achievements. Numbers and results: cost impact, schedule impact and etc... Managers asked about the real achievement and the real difficulties: project schedule impact, BOM cost impact, difficulties I had and etc.
