Received a phone call from HR that they were interested in my resume. Scheduled an interview with my potential manager and a few of the employees I'd be working with. Interview did not last too long. They also test your English level.

Interview was done personally with HR and manager. HR lady was interested in general information about myself and was concentrated mainly on achievements. Numbers and results: cost impact, schedule impact and etc...
Managers asked about the real achievement and the real difficulties: project schedule impact, BOM cost impact, difficulties I had and etc.

Firstly, HR interview (ANCOR),
Girl called me and proposed a vacancy which was recently opened.
I accepted invitation and came to ANCOR office, after successful interview she proposed to be interviewed by my future boss
During the interview with the boss, there were asked some technical questions, on which I had good answers.
There were usual interview process, nothing special
