Interview
It wasn't so much an interview as a long conversation, with some technical questions interspersed here and there. However, even the technical part of the interview, which involved a simulation question, was meant to test QA skills rather than technical support skills, which is really the bulk of the work I later did. The conversation was somewhat meandering and purpose-less, and it was difficult to understand from it exactly what the job entailed. The whole thing took about 3 hours.

You have a fridge that is connected to the internet, and can go online and restock your groceries for you, based on what you keep in it and what you've consumed. Describe how you would go about testing such a product, and give examples of testing procedures you would use.
