I applied online. I interviewed at Forkable (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Extremely time consuming and a waste of energy. I worked really hard on my case study, followed up many times with the hiring manager and did well with the three interviews I did. It took like a month + to finally be told no. It was so frustrating to get a generic email after all the calls, emails exchanged and time wasted.

Interview
I applied at the end of 2025, and the hiring manager, who is the Director of Operations, reached out to discuss my availability to start the interview process. This process included answering questions related to operations, presenting strategic ideas, and explaining how I would handle specific scenarios, which seemed to reflect challenges the operations team might be facing in their company.
I responded within the provided timelines, offering my answers based on my experience and potential solutions to the issues presented. However, since then, they have not responded. I haven't received any feedback on whether they will continue with the hiring process or if they were satisfied with my responses, nor have I even received an automated response after multiple follow-ups (it is 2026 now).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A driver could forget a meal at a restaurant, deliver it to the wrong office, or just place it in the wrong section of the delivery shelf and make it difficult for the customer to find.
Suggest practical solutions to prevent missing meals.
Suggest approaches to quickly resolve reported missing meal issues.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Forkable (Seattle, WA) in June 2023
Interview
A phone screen, followed by a technical test which includes 3 questions from a leet coding website. The first is a simple array problem, the second a postgresql query/join, the third is a math leet code question. The final interview with the Director is a series of random questions he's devised, some coding trivia and problem solving. Overall it is clear there is a lack of technical leadership at the company. They are looking for cog wheels and yes men, not engineers.
