It was a little chaotic and not enough communication. There were long breaks because I think they offered the role to another candidate and I was kept on hold while they negotiated. Overall very bad candidate experience. I was very excited about the mission but Im definitely not a fan after my interview process

3 stages, recruiter phone screen, hiring manager 1 on 1, then panel interview. Panel was 3 rounds, first 2 rounds each with 2 engineers of different backgrounds, then with the hiring manager again as the final round.

Had to prepare 20 min presentation with relevant work experience.
