They heavily emphasise career progression so be prepared to answer questions about your strategies to move up. The entire process from initial discussions with the recruiter to receiving an offer took less than two weeks. They were willing to negotiate and approved an offer I was more than happy with. They were also accommodating and understanding while I was weighing up other opportunities.
