Interview
Easily the most efficient and professional multi-stage interview process I’ve been through with a software company. The steps were as follows:
1) Recruiter screener. I was already known to the recruiter, so this step was brief.
2) Manager interview. The initial call is very casual. They really take a lot of time to get to know you as a person rather than just rushing in about your experience.
3) Second manager interview. This call is a deeper dive about your experience and previous results. Mine went for two hours, though I was told this is sometimes split into two calls.
4) Role play. The role play was in three parts: a voicemail, an email and a discovery call. Just follow industry best practice and research Confirmit and its use cases.
5) Face-to-face interview with Country Manager. They heavily emphasise career progression so be prepared to answer questions about your strategies to move up.
The entire process from initial discussions with the recruiter to receiving an offer took less than two weeks. They were willing to negotiate and approved an offer I was more than happy with. They were also accommodating and understanding while I was weighing up other opportunities.
