Forth Product Design interview questions

Sent in my CV then was invited into the office for an interview with the directors. I had to present a project previously designed and engineered by myself. I was questioned about my previous experiences. From this they evaluated my ability to present, my passion for design and had an idea if my personality would be a good fit with the other employees.
