This is hilarious.
I applied for a Project Manager role under Fortuna. Upon getting the zoom link, I entered a room with some 20+ participants on Emilio Mayagoitia giving your generic staged sales pitch for the job. Full suit, high rise background--real generic vibes to portray authority, wealth, and opportunity.
The presentation was laughable. The 'interview' lasted 20 minutes as Emilio repeatedly tried to intimidate people into leaving and weeding people out. "Only the hardest workers succeed here."
Promises of opportunity, wealth, etc if you work your tail off. Automatic flags of being a slum sales job that he's prepping people for.
TIP: If the 'interviewer' ever tries to weed you out or give warnings on the job, you take it. It's a reverse psychological technique to get people to defy him and grin/bear it to meet expectations.
Either way, I showed up to the next 'interview' after I emailed their 'HR' email. Sent a zoom link. Was the second round of the first interview. I laughed. I left.
This is a fake company that works to funnel money to Emilio. Given that he's engaged in labor law violations, you should know to stay away from Emilio at all costs.
