I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Forward Institute (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
I had a very positive experience with the interview process. It was well-structured and thoughtfully designed, providing a comprehensive overview of the role and expectations. One of the standout aspects was the inclusion of a technical round. This part of the process was both challenging and insightful, allowing me to demonstrate my skills in a practical context. I really appreciated this component, as it gives candidates an opportunity to differentiate themselves through real, job-relevant capabilities.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Forward Institute (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews (video call), second one with three interviewers (in person) and we had to prepare a task which was fine.
However I was disappointed that my time and effort had been wasted as I never heard back. It would have been nice to have got something to let me know, or even better feedback.
I can see from the other reviews that I was not the only one frustrated by an organisation who 'genuinely values diversity, cares about others, thinks for the long term'.
I applied online. I interviewed at Forward Institute in Nov 2022
Interview
I was invited for the first interview and then completed the task given. Then, I realized that they emailed me stating that I was not shortlisted for the second round even before I sent the task. I dropped a line to confirm whether that was the outcome of my interview but never received an answer from them. I was very disappointed to find out that the interview process did not align with the mission of the organization which is cultivating responsible leadership.
