I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FosterClub (Seaside, OR) in Nov 2022
Interview
The Interview process was so human - both trying to know me and my skill set and also allow me to know the organization. I appreciated the candor of everyone I spoke with about ways the organization was strong and areas for growth. I also appreciated the opportunity to create a work product, but didn't take so much time and effort that I felt like I was working for free.

Question 1
How would you approach leading if you were offered this role?

Interview
1st step was a random, unscheduled “preliminary” call from the Director of OPs. Next was the case study + an interview with another coordinator, Director of OPs, & a project manager. The case study was lengthy & was pretty much just free work for the org. You had to present your work to the team, and then answer questions after. The questions were not too bad, but the delivery of one of the team members were uninviting. They then never spoke about any more interviews, but weeks later emailed that they will be holding another round and would let you know if you were going to make it to last round.
Overall poor communication, not so great attitudes and representation. Also, the job posting mentioned traveling and the percentage was way off what I was told. They then went into explaining a very unstructured travel policy.

a long interview process but felt very supported by staffs clear commmunication. Throughout the process the staff catered to individual needs and made you feel valued. I highly recommend this company.
