I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FoundHuman (Remote) in June 2022
Interview
Fairly standard interview process, spoke with a recruiter about basic recruiting questions, and spoke with the Head of Talent Operations and that got a little more in-depth. Did a panel interview with all of the "Decision makers". They asked me to do a mock intake call to make sure I knew my stuff. The mock intake was a little odd but made sense. Seemed like a trial run but normal and weird at the same time. Took a little over a week to get any feedback from them but they ended up making an offer.

Interview
Had an interview with the owner of FoundHuman looking to fill a role for a tech company. He asked a lot of questions about my experience which was nice and things appeared to be going well until he asked if I had any questions & I asked about the benefits (pto, health care etc.) that would come with the role. I could tell he completely changed his demeanor & became very dismissive to my question.
He told me I’d hear back about next steps in a few days & made a point to go on and on about wanting to make sure this is a positive experience for me & then completely ghosted me. Zero follow up to any of the emails I sent. How hard is it to reply to an email letting someone they aren’t moving forward? It’s not hard at all, it’s disrespectful & rude.
