Es gab zunächst ein telefonisches Vorabgespräch, in dem bereits die Rahmenbedingungen mitgeteilt wurden. Vor Ort gab es ein Gruppentreffen, es wurde die Firma gezeigt, es gab einen Test und Einzelgespräche. Der Test bestand aus Rechtschreibung, Test der Tippgeschwindigkeit, Fallbeispiele sollten gelöst werden. In den Einzelgesprächen wurden Fragen zum Lebenslauf und der Motivation zur Stelle gestellt. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm.

An example of working with a challenging colleague
They request a speed test and then schedule you for a phone interview. The questions were very simple and they send you the offer letter after the interview. The recruiter also asked what weekend you’d like off and what 12hr schedule you’d like. For example I selected 9am-9pm and they give you a schedule in that time frame. The other day day off will be random/floating. All campaigns are different. This one is for Capital One
