I was first recruited during a career day at my postgrad Uni and FS representatives invited me to visit the recruiting day at the hotel later. During the recruiting day I had short meetings with every department manager. Then I had another interview with GM, where we discussed the feedback they got abt me from the dept managers and my expectations. I was offered a position the same day.
