i went though 4 interviews: HR assistant manager, Manager in Food & Beverages, Director of Food & Beverage and General Manager. Got acceptance after interview with General Manager. The main quality they look in people they hire is personality.

Went to an onsite job fair that consisted of three interviews. I had to return three days later for an interview with the director of food and beverage for the resort.

Interview
I first applied online with a very long motivation letter and my resume. The called me a week later to ask for my availability. Once you have an appointment the three interview process starts. One with human resources, an other with the food and beverage manager and finally with the CEO, who takes the final decision.

They asked me about my passion for the culinary industry, my work experience of course, and like all hotels, where do I see myself in 5 years or 10 years.

Interview lasted for about 2.5 hours. Filled out application, then took food/beverage test which tests your previous knowledge. Asked difficult questions about previous experience. Interviewed with 3 different people, all very professional and personable.
