Interview
The hiring process consisted of four interviews. The first with HR, then with the department manager, then the department director, followed by the Resort Manager. They try to complete all interviews in one day but may require you to come back if scheduling doesn’t work. They want to know that you will be loyal to the brand as they want you to be a forever employee. Four Seasons also wants applicants who are willing to transfer to other locations within their brand. Most importantly, they want you to be yourself.

Interview was more about a personality fit than a tell me about a time interview. Checking to make sure people are the type to care about the service being provided and making an experience for every guest.

Interview
Interviews were fairly easy but the whole process was longer than it had to be. There were in total of 5 interview stages, which started off as phone interview. Then, it proceeded with 3 virtual interviews with different important people from the department. The process concluded with a in-person interview with the hotel manager. The first 3 interviews were more theory-based questions, to understand your comprehension in certain tasks, while the last two interviews were more to understand your characteristics and personality.

Interview
The interview process was tedious but fun. There was a meeting with People and Culture, my direct supervisor as well as a group interview. The group interview was a great way to meet peers and show how you work with others when approached with challenges.
