The interview went smoothly. Most of the questions are based on your actual experiences. You should collect specific events that are connected to your work. For example, "What is your happiest moment at work?", what is customer service for you
Asking your personal opinion and the level of understanding the information of hotel
Self introduction is compulsory
Language skills is also important to able to present your ideas
Getting yourself prepared is very important

They will mail you amd then give tou a job offer then you have to talkt to them friendly nothing serious, then the next interview will be with the genral manager it is super easy
