Initial Call around 15-30 minutes, then they schedule two more interviews. The second is to see how it works and they put you to shadow someone the third is more of a normal interview

Basic questions. Tell me about yourself. What do you like to do during your free time?
I had the first interview the lady was lovely. I arrived late few minutes because of my other job. They were so understanding. I still have another three more interviews in order to get the job. I do have to pass them all. I’m so excited I have been reading more about the company. The Four Seasons Hotels worldwide is such a big company that you have a lot talk about luxury history and culture.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Toronto, ON) in June 2015
Interview
There were totally 4 interviews but I only made it to the third rounds. The Director of the F & B didn't think I have enough work experience with a 200 seats busy restaurant and told me directly when I asked him what did he think about me. However, I do appreciate he told me so face-to-face, it was hard to accept but I know it was the right thing to do.
People there were really friendly. I still feel like to work with them someday in the future when I get enough work experience.
