Received a txt message from Recruitment Lead to arrange a phone screen. Had a good chat and was told that she was sending shortlist to the Executive for review that week and would be in touch the next week with an outcome. Never received any further contact with her. I reached out to see if there were intending to move forward with my application but was completely ghosted,
