Interviewed with then manager, typical questions, one on one, turns out the hiring manager had never been a sales rep before so really had no experience of her own.

The interview process was speedy and the person conducting the interview was professional and knowledgeable. The interview itself was about one hour and we were able to cover a lot of material from compensation to the size of the territory.
