      None. I cannot think of any pros.

      Cons

      I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company. Extremely unethical, and they simply refuse to pay for bills. They treat you lousy also.

      If goals are not met, be prepared to be called out and to not feel good about yourself.

      Pros

      I have been here a year and really have learned a lot. They mean what they say with good work-life balance and you get tagged for not taking breaks or lunch. Owner has been involved for several months trying to make things better and seems open to new ideas and suggestions to improve. We talk about positive culture and fundamentals often. I may be leaving soon for personal reasons but would like to return in the future.

      Cons

      Management could consider more vacation time. Sales territories cross too many areas. I did not like working on bids.
