I had a 15 minute screener interview at an elementary school. Five people from the building were on the video conference. Interviewers moved quickly so it was difficult to gauge how they were feeling about you.

Tell us about a reading lesson that went well and what steps you took to develop it.
They start with a video through Human Resources. They then ask for an in person interview/zoom interview. They then follow up for a 3rd interview if they like you. It’s a fantastic district to work for!

In-depth and very detailed questions, multiple stakeholders are involved and in attendance, tailored questions for the position, interviewers all took detailed notes on their copy of the questions. I had a copy of the questions in front of me to reference throughout the interview.
