First stage of the application is just a phone interview with the TA. He was very nice while professional and gave a lot of good advice at the end. Second interview was with the academy manager and team leader and also included a role play exercise. Final stage interview involved a presentation followed by an interview with the director and academy manager. Really positive experience overall. Very collaborative company culture in my opinion.
