Chill. They were nice. Really welcoming. Want legal experience. HR is kind of non existent. They did not negotiate salary at any point. They took awhile to get back to me following the interview but that is to be expected.

Question 1
What is your experience in the realm of civil litigation?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Frantz Law Group (San Diego, CA)
Interview
So they were sneaky in their job posting and listed “confidential law firm” when I applied. I actually didn’t know the name of the firm until the day before the scheduled interview.
I was actually supposed to be interviewed by the managing partner of the firm but then was interviewed but two attorneys instead without any notice or explanation.
The interview itself was okay but they seemed very unorganized. They meant to mute themselves as they discussed next steps about me and when they asked if I could hear them, I said yes but they muted me instead of their mic so I heard everything... *awkward*
After the interview, they immediately called me back and asked me to come in the following week to meet everyone. At first I agreed but then I did some more research on the firm (I had back to back interviews so I didn’t have a chance to do my research before my interview), I learned some unsettling things about the firm and immediately withdrew my application.
A week later, they called me a few times while I was at work (I accepted an offer a few days later) but I wasn’t able to pick up. They emailed me and asked me to give them a call back because they liked me and wanted to move forward. I thought that was really weird to have a firm reach out to you after you withdrew your application and a week later on top of that. It was really strange but I’m really glad that I withdrew my application before stepping into something I’d regret.

Question 1
Are you comfortable with running errands for the firm (i.e. pick up clients from the airport)?
