Pros

free snacks, holidays off, owner is very nice and generous, you get lunch catered once in a while

Cons

Honestly this place seems promising but its not. Once you actually get settled in and see how management operate, you realize how toxic it is working here. Youre constantly being monitored by cameras and the work environment feels very high school. You only get 30 minutes for lunch and management freaks out if you clock in 2 minutes late like its the end of the world. A lot of gossip that HR also feeds into. People only stay because its a steady paycheck but everyone is always complaining how much it sucks working there. I do not recommend it.

Free Snacks and coffee, lots of catering, pay is good

Cons

Every department is its own Island. Employees that have tasks basically take it upon themselves to find where they fit in. This cases coworkers to not want to work together. Environment is very clicky, think of Mean Girls, the whole 'You cant sit with us' vibe. You think people like you, but everyones just putting on a face.
