The staff was very friendly. The interview was in a partitioned office which was not private. The interview was more like meeting a person to be your friend. After 45 minutes, I was ready to leave. We talked about my work background no more than ten minutes of the 45. Standard interview questions were not used. They assessed you based on the 250 question Proveit exam. I don't have a good feeling about the interview, and I know I disclosed too much personal information because the recruiter was so friendly. I wanted to be upfront about things that had occurred. I don't think that I will hear back from these people. I was really looking forward to being matched with an ideal client. I enjoyed the interviewer. I feel like I wasted my time and theirs.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Frazee Recruiting Consultants (Baton Rouge, LA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Was required to complete 9 page application and testing prior to even interviewing. Once interviewed, it was in a public room, and the recruiter did not ask questions that were applicable to my prior positions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Frazee Recruiting Consultants (Baton Rouge, LA) in July 2014
Interview
I completed a paper application that was over 15 pages long before I came into the office for my interview. Before I could interview, I had to take a 12 minute test. After I completed the test, I was told I would have to wait because they were behind on interviews! My interview time was 9:30AM, but I am usually a little early. It was 5 minutes till noon when I left their office, and I did not interview for two hours.
