Pros
None to mention. They have plenty of decent potential jobs, but good luck getting them to actually place you or return your calls/emails to follow up.
Cons
This place is a joke. They told me I was overqualified for positions but the job descriptions matched my previous work history. I have no idea how they are still in business. Most recruiting agencies are useless and all they care about is making the most money for themselves. You are better off networking yourself to get in the door at good companies.

Pros
Their receptionist is nice, but the rest of the office staff lacks much to be desired. It is a locally owned company.
Cons
Recruiters never return phone calls. Before I got the job, they only called me when they needed me to go interview. They would often call for jobs below the pay rate I requested. Now, if I need something I can only talk to the receptionist. I would not work for this company again.
