It was a bit of a struggle getting the first interview scheduled, but once I did it was great to meet the team. Everyone is very nice and very smart. The company is also VERY transparent through the interview process. Transparent about the pros and cons of working there and transparent about what it takes to be successful. Overall, it was actually quite refreshing and obvious that this is a very passionate group of people.
