It was an average experience and not overly difficult however some questions did seem overly general and not relevant. The job description also did not include the salary and the firm does not pay for the sqe or have any opportunities to grow within the firm.

Interview
Invited to a single online interview with crime team, partner was present. Result came out shortly after. Friendly team, and very genuine interview, interested in what I was like as a person. There was also a written test (like a essay topic question), and I was asked about what I had written during the interview.
-Trainee solicitor vacancies are announced on the firm website so keep an eye on the website for application invitations and deadlines.
-Apply by sending a CV and Cover letter expressing your interest and demonstrating your skills.
-Panel interview with different partners in the firm.
-After interview email confirmation of outcome of interview.
