Interview
The process went relatively smooth. I was working as a receptionist in the company, saw the job advertised on their internal vacancies site and applied. I had two interviews.
This was for an AAT Level 3 apprenticeship role.
The interview day involved carrying out a pre-prepared presentation, practice tasks within teams, a short test and then an interview with two department leaders.
