Friendly Care Medical Transport interview questions

I was asked to fill out a paper application once I arrived for my interview. A decision was made same day. I was not asked many questions, did not submit a CV/Resume, did not provide any personal information except my driver's license. A criminal background check was never done. My interview was more like an orientation, they began to tell me and another application about working there (most of what they said turned out to be lies-they told me almost all the employees were students working there, only one was a student)I did this another person in the room.
