I initially applied by emailing in my resume and cover letter to the General Manager. The position had been listed on Indeed and I wanted to make sure that I addressed my cover letter to the person whom would be interviewing me. By taking the initiative and calling to find out the hiring manager's name and email, I was invited to interview at their facility in Ann Arbor.
