Super chill- very relaxed. They got straight to the point about my availability and what concerns I had. It was a very welcoming environment! I did end up taking the job and was happy with my choice.
I got an email from them confirming the interview, showed up, had a casual conversation, more about the vibe than the job, and got the offer. They talked a lot about tip pooling and open availability being important to them. If you don't want to be full-time, you probably won't get the job.

It was super easy and low key, o wasn’t hired because they didn’t need any more seasonal workers but it was the best interview I’ve been through. Very kind and welcoming.
