I got an email from them confirming the interview, showed up, had a casual conversation, more about the vibe than the job, and got the offer. They talked a lot about tip pooling and open availability being important to them. If you don't want to be full-time, you probably won't get the job.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Frothy Monkey (Nashville, TN) in Sept 2021
Interview
It was an easy, short process. I got called a few days after I applied, set up the interview for the next day, interviewed and was offered the position at the interview with little experience in the kitchen.

Question 1
What experience did you have before this that makes you fit for the position?
Super chill- very relaxed. They got straight to the point about my availability and what concerns I had. It was a very welcoming environment! I did end up taking the job and was happy with my choice.
