Before interview, we have to take a manual test (multiple choice and essay) After that, interview with user at the same time and get an offet if we accept. Last, we have to wait the result by email

Applied online, got a response back ~ 1 week later. Came in for the interview where they had 5 employees come in and detail the position I applied for and ask how my skills applied to their listed position. Took a little while to get back to me, but understandable due to the holidays.
