I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fuse Corps in Mar 2025
Interview
I was initially contacted by a national recruiter. The application and interview process took 3 months (late Jan-late March). For my final/virtual (panel) interview, 2 panelists were 25 minutes late and the 3rd didn't show up at all. That left about 12 minutes for my "interview." The panel should have either rescheduled or contacted the national Fuse office for assistance - if an emergency or unexpected issue occurred that morning.
I'm not bitter that I wasn't selected - the host site and overall experience would have been a frustrating mess. But I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism, no acknowledgement or apology re: the tardiness, and when I brought this to the recruiter's attention - they mentioned the oversight was on Fuse's end (not the host site). Apparently, the host site didn't receive the schedule, meeting invites, or confirmation about the (3) scheduled interviews. The panelists were scrambling to join the 1st interview of the day (mine).
Had the tables been turned and I (interviewee) showed up nearly 30 minutes late or not at all....I wonder what the reaction would have been. I felt embarrassed for them.

Interview
I received an interview request with the recruiter. Everything went well and I soon met with the CEO the following week. The recruiter had my phone number and would call me regarding next steps. When I returned her call, the ghosting began. I followed up with the CEO who told me they were in the process of selecting people for the next round. Til this day, there has been no follow-up or update. The least they could have done was send over a generic rejection email to those who were well along in the process.

Interview
Very long. Be prepared to have a continuum of interviews with the Fuse Recruitment team and alumna before you get to the final interview with the host agency. Be prepared to have three very specific references ready to complete an online form and be prepared to write statements of intent for any of the roles you are considered for. Be prepared to hear nothing after the final interview and see that the role you were the best candidate for already be filled with a profile of the person who was selected - because I wasn't told by FUSE. Utter waste of time and
