First round interview: it was difficult to even set a time with the person. Communications were extremely last minute and unco-ordinated. When the interview did happen, I was camera on, interviewer was camera off. It lasted maybe 10 mins maximum where I asked questions for half of it. They said they would arrange a follow up in person interview for the following week, but I never heard from the company again.
