We have 4 steps interview process: 1, recruiter initial phone screen. 2. technical/competency interview. 3. management interview for team fit. 4. executive interview for company culture fit. I am working with the Project Managers and recruiting team to find ways to shorten the timeline and expedite the process by putting interviewing as a higher priority.
