Interview
It was a very friendly atmosphere and not at all felt like an interview. There was constant support during the training phase. I have learnt a lot from this company. They are great people to work with.
Cover letter and CV sent online, followed by one in person interview at London Bridge offices. Interview conducted with the relevant director (female) and CEO (male). Tone was overall conversational and relaxed, questions were fair and aligned with the job description.

Related to job description with a short task I was given 10 minutes to completed.
Applied online, followed by an interview on Teams with two members of the Programmes team, asking mostly competency-based questions. Feedback was provided afterwards reflecting on all parts of my application.
