I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Future Labs (New York, NY)

They brought me in for an hour interview and I met with the general manager of the space. The questions were all based on my experience or at least knowledge of the space to gauge my level of interest. They were very nice and welcoming and obviously focusing not only on ability but also cultural and personality match.
