I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fuze (Cambridge, MA) in July 2015
Interview
Pretty Straight forward, or at least it used to be. If leadership likes you, they send up up the ladder until the VP of Sales who gives thumbs up or thumbs down. Mostly looking for people who are far enough in their careers to have success yet not to much into it that they are inflexible and unwilling to learn and grow.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview tends to jump around a bit as they will try to find out motivation, what drives dig up why you made job switches in the past. Once you get past the Area Director and Vice President its pretty much yours to lose. Be ready to talk about your motivation, have some small talk, be personable and don't stress out too much.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fuze (Paris) in Dec 2017
Interview
Non-professional recruitment from England, with no follow-up, no response to emails or calls. There is no consideration for the candidates, who appear to be "cattle". This is a company for me to avoid, because when you see such a nil way to hire, we say that it's the same behind the facade.
