Fuzion Communications interview questions

Bizarre. After applying I was asked some questions via email. I replied, spending about 30 mins on it. I was thanked for doing so. Never heard back. The next week I read a blog on Linkedin from the company about a different applicant suggesting an interview rather than email questions. Email questions were considered "the most efficient screening process for us,” to which the applicant removed themself from contention. The blog went on; “I think there is a bit of an attitude with this woman,” and “maybe we are approaching “full employment” and this attitude is probably a (sic) unfortunate by-product of this environment whereby some applicants think they are god’s gift to the employer world – they are not!” I don’t mind being blanked so early in a process but I think prospective employees should know that their correspondence can be used as fodder for a blog post and denigrated. From a communications agency, no less.
