I applied online. I interviewed at G Element in Dec 2025
Interview
A test paper was given with 5 questions on it. 2 to 3 interviewers will ask you to read the questions and solve them one at a time and explain it to them. The questions involve an easy leetcode question, a whiteboard coding qn and some riddles.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at G Element (Singapore) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview experience felt somewhat unstructured at times, with some portions of the conversation not clearly aligned with the role or my background. This created moments where the discussion felt less focused. There were also aspects of the interview that were professional and attentive. Increasing consistency in the interview format and ensuring that all questions closely relate to the role would help create a more streamlined and positive experience for candidates.

Question 1
More about my work experience and how to handle stress etc
Do not recommend at all, lots of red flags. Interviewers are elitist and arrogant.
Start off with usual introduction, afterwards looking at academic transcript and questioning on those modules you didn't get A.
Next was some technical questions about coding and another on puzzle. After asking questions about the position, it has nothing to do with the JD posted, the technical questions was unnecessary given the nature of the position. Also for the puzzle questions, the multiple engineers present at the interview can't even decide on the answer to the question, showing how unprepared they are and how they work as a team.
The whole interview was unprofessional picking on anything they could find fault with and just to show they are better, lacking maturity.
