It was a 5-minute pre-interview, but the person I spoke with had a rushed attitude. Most of the questions required detailed answers, but I was interrupted while speaking. It felt like the main goal was just to move candidates directly to the case stage. I got the impression that they were doing pre-interviews with around 700 people for one position and then sending them the case.
