GANDEN Engineers and Project Managers interview questions

I have two interviews with Ganden in 6 months. First interview "in teams meeting with 3 interviewer and I have been rejected as they provide a training civil 3D course for their employees and no need to acquire another engineer with civil 3D experience as they bring me because of my experience in civil 3D. The second interview (after less than 6 months):the managing director(one of 3 interviewer before) asked a recruiter that he is happy to bring me to an interview again, say that the role based in Brisbane office but I have to attend the interview in Gold coast office ..then I went to the interview at gold coast office, just to prove commitment, Drove all this distance and found one unqualified interviewer ,didn't know my name or even read my resume ( he looked like he surprised with the situation)he didn't know what to ask after all of that I got the rejection as I don't have intensive local experience Although they already had my resume, and it is clear what experience in which projects I have and had an interview with them before. It doesn't make sense that I gained intensive local experience in less than 6 months. Anyway, I won't intend to accept as I feel bad vibes in the office. Very bad, disappointed, no professional and disrespectful experience.
