Panel interview process that includes different sessions with the HR manager, team lead, and supervisor. Start the interview with the HR manager in one room before moving to another room with the team lead and supervisor. Sometimes the interviews have up to 4 rooms that the potential interviewee will go through. Often they have base questions that are the same to start out with that are determined by the company so they are pretty basic questions. They want to know experiences you have had and try to pick you brain that way.
