First Phone Interview a few weeks after application, In-Person Interview at their location with boss and manager, was offered a week or so after. Process took about three weeks. Was persistent, huge reason why I was hired.

Applied online, completed online tests also. Then was invited for a telephone interview. Interviewer didn't seem very interested. I believe i was one of the last batches to get interviewed so when they give you a date to get interviewed for pick the earliest one so the interviewer is more interested.

Interview with lead Corporate Campus Recruiter. Second round with business representative. Final round with Program Reps (Coordinators, Executive Sponsor, and HR Manager). No business case studies or technical assessment included in interview process. Recruits spend the day in conference room with current program members.
