Interview
Applied for the position a month and a half before I received a phone screening interview via e-mail. The HR manager was punctual when calling at the agreed time. The questions were straight forward and non-hostile. HR manager asked the standard strength and weakness question. HR manager also asked about salary requierement. HR manager stated that I will receive a second phone interview request, but that It could take two weeks due to upcoming corporate vacation time.

Great interview experience, very organized - great process and put together a detailed list with calendar invites for those i would be speaking to. Enjoyed the experience and felt respected by interviewers

Interview
Interviewed with multiple people. Very obvious that one of the interviewers already had someone else in mind for the position. The questions were supposed to be competency based but some were just very weird.

Interview
Interviews were scheduled quickly after the introduction was done with a recruiter. 3 were held with future reporting line managers to this position. They would come back after 2 weeks, but since they did not I contacted them back twice, and only then got a reply that they are still considering candidates.
