I was contacted by Resource Specialist to interview with Marketing Manager. It was supposed to be face to face interview. I travelled all the way to London to see the manager. It cost me around £80 just to get there. The whole meeting was quite short (around 30 mins). Eventually, I passed to the second stage. The second interview was supposed to be with the Director. This time it was a short 15 min call. After that, the company never got back to me. I contacted HR team (specialists who communicated with me regarding the role) multiple times. However, they still don't have any answer or don't know who is dealing with the position. It's been almost 3 months. The company literally ghosted me.
