Interview
Phone screen with Recruiter. Then phone screen with engineer on team. Next, a full day of 8 Interviews with the entire team plus one level above hiring manager. Finally, Phone interview with HR Manager.

Depends on the interviewer. If they are a relaxed, technical individual, questions will be about work experience and technical proficiency. If the interviewer is not as comfortable, questions will be standard interview questions asking for examples...i.e. tell me of a time when you overcame a problem/issue. HR Managers generally do not know much about technical aspect of job and ask personality type questions.
Teams meeting. Nice conversation. Good positive attitude. Many questions with examples to be provided. Good description of task and role, normal interviews questions like introducing your self and experience and such

Give example of a situation where you have demonstrated a skill?
The interview went smoothly and was straighforward. However, the actual work afterwards has not been quite as interesting as what had been agreed during the hiring process. Workplace is nice, regardless of that.

Interview
It was half a day interview with 5-6 people interviewed me for 30-40 minutes. It was followed by my presentation at the end. People were more friendly and the interview was more like an discussion.
